A fairly small, family-run hotel, the Heiligcreuz has a welcoming Tyrolean atmosphere. We had chosen it principally as an overnight stop between Vienna and Geneva, due to its proximity to the Autobahn, but we also enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast the next morning, which, as previous reviewers have noted, had a good selection on offer. Our family room for four was well-appointed, with a nice view over the countryside. Although quietly situated, the hotel is within easy reach of Hall in Tirol's picturesque town centre, which is well worth a stroll around.

We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel in Tirol. The location, just outside the city center, was perfect for us as it offered a peaceful atmosphere in a valley surrounded by the stunning Alps. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were impressed with the range of services available, such as the ski pass vendor and ski equipment hire, which made our ski trip hassle-free. The hotel also provided a welcome drink, adding a special touch to our stay. The room amenities, including heating, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area, ensured our comfort throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the delightful garden, where we could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. this hotel exceeded our expectations with its enhanced comfort, quality services, and luxurious atmosphere.

We booked a stay for our honeymoon and they upgraded us to a great room with a wonderful view of the mountains. The breakfast buffet was the best we had on our whole trip and the owners were so nice and helpful (English speaking), we decided to stay an extra night.

The hotel offered tasty complimentary breakfast with a wide selection of items, including local specialties. The rooms were clean, modern and had captivating night sky themed ceilings. The spa facilities on offer were a great way to unwind after exploring the nearby charming medieval villages set amongst the stunning Alpine backdrop.
While generally quite clean, there were some smudges on dining room radiators that detracted from the ambiance. The hotel is located a bit of a distance from the city center, requiring at least a 10-15 minute walk or transportation.

This cozy and clean hotel is ideally situated just outside the town center, making it a convenient location for exploring the charming area of Tirol. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is outstanding with an abundance of fresh homemade and healthy items. the spacious rooms come with luxurious touches such as painted stars on the ceiling, and access to a lovely backyard with oversized chess and ping pong tables.
The hotel may feel a bit too old-fashioned for those who prefer more modern accommodations.

I was staying as part of a wedding party and must comment on how friendly and helpful the staff were. They couldn't have been more accommodating. The breakfast and dinner were good value and very satisfying. One negative which relates to a taxi which was ordered through the hotel overcharged us by about 50% to travel to Innsbruck which was very disappointing. Otherwise our stay was perfect. Many thanks to all. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Great location just outside the old town, quiet and peaceful. The staff were super friendly and very helpful - they organised dinner for us even though we arrived late. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of fresh fruit and a cooked breakfast too.
The common areas were a bit dated and the corridors had a musty smell.

Close enough to town to walk within 5 minutes, but outside enough to be quiet and relaxed when it is time to settle in for the night. Rooms were modern, very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty with lots of fresh fruits and good breads.
